Shipment processing time

Layla Atelier orders are delivered Saturday to Thursday between 10 AM and 5 PM.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Our delivery options and costs may vary. Shipping cost for each item will be available at checkout upon weight of the item and destination.

All our dresses are made to order, the estimated delivery time for evening dresses is 4-6 Weeks and Bridal dresses 6-8 Weeks.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number of your package. It will be shipped via DHL. For most countries, delivery time is within 3-7 days

If there is likely to be a significant delay in shipment to your order, we will contact you via email or telephone

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an email from us containing all the details of your purchase. We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your payment. Once your order is finished, the courier company will aim to dispatch it within 2 business days.

Depending on your location, delivery will normally take 3-7 business days from dispatch. We’ll be sure to keep you updated with tracking information and estimated arrival date.

While we aim to always deliver within the specified times, we aren’t responsible for delays due to customs clearance or failed payment approval.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Layla Atelier is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibilities of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Layla Atelier is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged or being lost, please contact the shipping courier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
